Bone Boost

Bone Boost is a 50-55 minute virtual class designed to work on strength and agility with a focus on increasing balance and proprioception. This class is appropriate for anyone with osteoporosis or osteopenia but will also benefit those who do not. The pace is mellow but the work is focused. Class can be taken from the comfort of your own home.

Props recommended

 Light hand weights, bands, foam roller, yoga block, small and
medium-sized ball.

Private Sessions:

Working together one-on-one, in each custom session, we can design a lesson to help meet your goals; addressing balance, strength, and alignment along the way.

Group Class:

Working as a group we will find movement and motivation together in a supportive and friendly virtual setting.
